【摘要】 为了探求鄂尔多斯盆地能源矿产的综合开发利用经济效益,为宏观决策提供依据,本文采用矿产资源开发利用技术经济评价的理论与方法,建立了矿产资源价值模型和现金流量模型,首次对盆地能源矿产综合开发的经济效益进行了综合测算。通过定量综合研究,表明了鄂尔多斯盆地资源潜力巨大,开发经济效益高,可以成为我国未来的能源接替战略基地。建议对其统筹规划,进行综合勘探和开发,优化盆地能源的开发利用结构,以满足大规模、长期可持续开发的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to searching economic benefit of integrated exploitation and utilization of energy sources in Ordos basin,we adopted theory and method of technology economy evaluation of mineral resources exploitation and utilization to establish value model and cash flux model of mineral resources.We measured and calculated economic benefit of energy sources integrated exploitation in basin.The research conclusion had indicated from the amount that Ordos basin has the large potential in resources high economic benefit and broad prospects of exploitation.Ordos basin could be the strategic base of succeed resources in future.It should be made a programme,integrated prospected and exploited to optimize the structure of resources exploitation and utilization in basin,satisfy large scale and continued development.更多还原
