车身“精细”碰撞仿真的三维应力应变网格映射方法
Three-dimensional Stress and Strain Mesh Mapping Method in Fine Crash Simulation
【摘要】 针对"精细"碰撞模拟中引入应力和应变分布这一问题,以一步逆成形有限元方法为基础,提出了一种快速有效的三维应力应变网格映射方法,采用该方法能够在碰撞模拟中更真实反映冲压成形残余应力和应变效应。使用LS-DYNA软件建立了移动壁障与某车的侧面碰撞仿真模型,并以其主要吸能装置B柱为例,验证了该方法能够准确有效地在碰撞模拟中引入成形零件的应力应变空间分布。碰撞模拟结果表明:不同冲压因素对B柱耐撞性的贡献略有差异,应力分布对其吸能效果影响最大。因此在"精细"碰撞仿真过程中,更应考虑引入应力的三维因素。
【Abstract】 A three-dimensional stress and strain mesh mapping method was proposed based on the one-step inverse FEA to import stress and strain distribution into fine crash simulation,which can present the forming effect of residual stress and strain in a crash simulation.By using LS-DYNA software,numerical simulations of side impact between mobile barrier and vehicle was carried out.As an example,the mesh mapping method was applied on the main energy absorption component B pillar,which verified the accuracy and feasibility of this method.Results demonstrate that different contributions of forming factors on crashworthiness of B pillar,and stress distribution play a relatively important role. Therefore,the forming effect of stress should be considered in fine crash simulation.
