【摘要】 目的探讨经后路减压植骨融合RF椎弓根系统治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果。方法2003年2月至2008年9月,36例腰椎滑脱症患者经后路采用RF椎弓根螺钉系统进行后路减压植骨融合手术治疗,其中Ⅰ度滑脱11例,Ⅱ度滑脱16例,Ⅲ度滑脱9例;退变性腰椎滑脱21例,峡部裂性腰椎滑脱15例。结果所有患者术后随访均超过12个月,平均(22.5±6.3)个月。比较手术前后临床症状及X线片。根据Asher的疗效观察项目:优22例,良10例,可3例,差1例,优良率88.9%。出现手术并发症7例,其中术中并发症3例,发生率为8.3%;术后并发症4例,发生率为11.1%。结论经后路减压植骨融合RF椎弓根螺钉系统能使腰椎滑脱得到较为确实的复位和固定,脊柱融合率高,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lumbar spondyrlolisthesis treated by posterior decompression bonegrafting interbody fusion and RF pedicle screw spinal system.Methods From February 2003 to September 2008,36 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were included in this study.According to Meyerding classification,roentgengram showed that there were 11 cases of gradeⅠ,16 cases of gradeⅡ,9 cases of gradeⅢ,21 cases of degenerative spondlolisthesis and 15 cases of spondylolysis.All patients were treated with posterior decompression of total laminectomy and bilateral nerve canal,intertransverse process arthrodesis were managed by means of bone chip grafting,interbody fusion was done with RF pedicle screw spinal system.The clinical results and complications were evaluated and a radiographic assessment was performed.Results All the patients were followed up over 12 months postoperatively(averaged 22.5±6.3 months).According to the criteria of Asher,the therapeutic effect was excellent in 22 cases,good in 10,fair in 3,and poor in 1,the satisfactory rate was 88.9%.Complications occurred in 7 cases,in which 3 cases occurred during operation with the incidence rate of 8.3%,while 4 occurred after operation with the incidence rate of 11.1%.Conclusion Posterior decompression bonegrafting interbody fusion and RF pedicle screw spinal system provide fixation with satisfactory clinical results and relatively high fusion rate.更多还原
