【摘要】 2009年6月,韩国科学与工程基金会、韩国研究基金会和韩国国际科技合作基金会成功整合,成立了韩国国家研究基金会。韩国希望通过资助机构的整合,把分散的研发管理转变成综合的、先进的研发管理体系,提高效率,增加政府的研发投入和对基础研究的资助,促进教育和科研相结合,提升大学的科学研究和教育水平,培养人才,达到提升国家科学技术水平和国家科技竞争力的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In June of 2009,the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) was established by uniting Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KOSEF),Korea Research Foundation (KRF),and Korea Foundation for International Cooperation of Science and Technology (KICOS).Korea government expects to change the scattered R&D management system into the integrated and advanced R&D management system through the merger of founding agencies,and also to improve efficiency,to enlarge the government budget for R&D and for basic research,and to improve the combination of the education and the research in order to heighten the level of research and education of university and foster the talent.Finally Korea reaches the purposes of advancing national science and technology and national competitiveness.更多还原
