【摘要】 为满足海上应急输送保障的需要,将海上应急输送保障调度问题分为3类。重点分析大型岛屿应急救援输送保障的问题,综合分析应急输送保障调度的安全性、时效性和经济性要求,建立了基于多船型多目标的应急输送调度模型,为快速解决应急输送保障调度问题,对该模型进行了简化。实例分析该模型能够快速有效地解决多目标的应急输送调度问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ocean emergency supply dispatching problems are divided into three types.Mainly the supply dispatching for large island emergency rescue is analyzed. A multi-ship multi-objective emergency supply model is established based on comprehensive requirement analysis considering safety,economy and time effectiveness.The model is simplified for easier use in practical situations.An example shows that the model is efficient for solving ocean multiple objective emergency supply dispatching problems.更多还原
