【摘要】 目的评测Morisky问卷在我国社区高血压患者中应用的信度和效度,为社区开展高血压患者低服药依从性人群的筛查提供技术工具支持。方法利用Morisky问卷对837例来源于沈阳市社区的高血压患者进行服药依从性评价,分别分析问卷的内部一致性,折半信度,结构效度以及会聚效度,并通过依从性高低与血压控制关系计算问卷的灵敏度,特异度,阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果信度分析显示,Morisky问卷的内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0.760,折半信度为0.751;结构效度采用验证性因子分析,共提取一个公共因子,可解释的总变异量为58.357%,4个条目的载荷值分别为0.760,0.852,0.832,0.583;会聚效度的Spearman相关系数为0.516,P<0.01;该问卷的灵敏度,特异度,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为50.2%,48.4%,38.0%,60.7%。结论 Morisky问卷具有良好的信度和效度,适合作为我国社区高血压患者进行服药依从性评价的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of morisky questionnaire in community hypertension patients and provide a screening tool to identify patients who have low medication compliance.Methods Eight hundreds and thirty-seven hypertension patients who came from the community of Shenyang city was enrolled to assess the compliance with antihypertensive therapy using the Morisky questionnaire.Internal consistency,split-half reliability,construct validity and convergent validity were determinated.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were calculated by the relationship between the level of compliance and blood pressure.Results Morisky questionnaire proved good internal reliability.Cronbach coefficient alpha was 0.760,and split-half reliability was 0.751.Factor analysis was employed to examine the construction validity.The common factor was identified to explain the total variance of 58.357%.And the factor loadings of the four measured variables were 0.760,0.852,0.832,and 0.583,respectively.Convergent validity was evaluated by Spearman correlation coefficient(r=0.516,P<0.01).The questionnaire showed a sensitivity of 50.2%,specificity of 48.4%,positive predictive value of 38.0%,and negative predictive value of 60.7%.Conclusion Morisky questionnaire demonstrated favorable reliability and validity,which can be a tool for assessing medication compliance of hypertension patients in Chinese community.更多还原
