【摘要】 目的了解女性更年期综合征的影响因素。方法采用自编一般情况调查表、改良更年期Kupperman评分量表和流行病学调查用抑郁自评量表、应用分层抽样的方法在19个省市对45～55岁的女性进行问卷调查。结果婚姻质量、伴侣状况、工作压力、慢性疾病、月经状况、睡眠、抑郁与更年期综合征呈相关性(P<0.05)。经济收入与更年期症状的发生程度之间差异无统计学意义。有更年期症状的1 014人,占92.7%;有抑郁症状者400人,占36.3%。经Logistic回归分析,月经状况、睡眠、抑郁进入回归方程,并且抑郁的OR值最高。结论女性更年期综合征与多种因素有关,尤其与月经状况、睡眠、抑郁关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of female climacteric syndrome.Methods Overall 1101 women were investigated with self-designed questionnaire,the modified menopause Kupperman rating scale and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression(CES-D).Results The female climacteric syndrome was significantly correlated with marriage quality,spouse status,working pressure,chronic disease,menses,sleeping,and depression.There were 1 014(92.7%) people with climacteric syndrome,400(36.3%) with depression.Menses,sleeping,depression were entered the regression equation.Conclusion Many factors have effect on female climacterisc syndrome,especialy menses,sleeping,and depression.更多还原
