【摘要】 目的对高血压患者卧位和立位的醛固酮/血浆肾素活性值(ARR)进行分析,探讨同一患者2种不同体位时ARR值的差异。方法应用放射免疫测定120例患者血浆肾素活性(PRA)和醛固酮(ALD),分别在卧位和立位采血测定血浆PRA和ALD,计算ARR值后进行分析。结果120例患者的卧位ARR值为(153.14±33.25),立位ARR值为(78.80±27.42)。样本ARR值经对数转换后符合正态分布。按α=0.05进行配对t检验,t=7.218,P<0.05,认为卧位和立位ARR对数值的分布差异有统计学意义。结论ARR值在立位和卧位时存在差异,应制定适用于不同体位的诊断标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine and compare the activities of aldosterome and plasma rennin among hypertention patients in lying and standing position.Methods The blood samples were collected from hypertention patients in lying and standing position,respectively.The radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma rennin activity(PRA) and plasma aldos-terone(ALD).And the plasma aldosterone/rennin activity ratio(ARR) was calculated.Results The values of ARR were 153.14±33.25 for 120 patients in lying position and 78.80±27.42 for 120 patients in standing position with significant differece in pared-samples T-test(t=7.218,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a difference in ARR values between hypertention patients in lying and standing position and the difference should be considered when ARR value is used in diagnosis.更多还原
