【摘要】 目的通过研究农村地区活动性肺结核密切接触者发病影响因素,为农村地区肺结核病人的早期发现和诊断提供依据。方法回顾性调查2005年9月-2007年9月农村地区719例活动性肺结核患者的住院病例资料和门诊资料,同时问卷调查农村地区2 054例活动性肺结核的密切接触者,了解结核病的传播特点和结核病接触者和密切接触者的界定;使用多元分析法分别筛选出影响农村地区密切接触者发病的主要影响因素。结果农村地区密切接触者发病的主要影响因素为患者与密切接触者接触次数、接触者居住环境通风情况、接触者是否咳嗽、接触者是否发热。结论加强对农村居民的健康教育、改善有活动性肺结核患者家庭居住环境的通风条件、及时筛查咳嗽、发热的密切接触者可减少和及时发现病人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze relevant factors of tuberculosis(TB) incidence among people in colse contact with active tuberculosis case in rural areas.Methods Totally 2 054 subjects in close contact with 719 active TB patients in rural areas were chosen at random from September 2005 to September 2007.The hospitalized cases and out-patient data of active TB patients were collected.Questionnaire survey was conducted in the subjects to understand the spread characteristics of TB and the definition of the subjects in contact and close contact with active TB patient.With multivariate analysis,the main factors of tuberculosis incidence among people in close contact with active tuberculosis case in rural areas were explored.Results The main factors of tuberculosis incidence among people in close contact with active tuberculosis case in rural areas were the contact number,the ventilation condition of living environment,the cough and fever of the TB patient.Conclusion To strengthen health education,to improve ventilation condition of living environment,and to screen TB patient among the colse contactors with TB patient having cough or fever timely could decrease the incidence of TB and diagnose TB patiants in time.更多还原
