空心拉力螺钉治疗腕舟状骨骨折疗效分析
Treatment of fractures of scaphoid bone with hollow lag screws
【摘要】 <正>腕舟状骨骨折在腕骨骨折中较常见,保守治疗方法如石膏固定等坏死率较高,主要原因是骨折移位、腕关节不稳和舟月骨分离。因此,对腕舟骨骨折应积极手术治疗[1]。自2001年3月至2007年6月收治18例,其中13例给予手术治疗,现报告如下。1临床资料本组18例,男13例,女5例;年龄21～49岁,平均36.5岁;左侧7例,右侧11例。均为闭合性损伤,均有明确的外伤史。
