波纹钢腹板组合箱梁疲劳试验

【摘要】 在总结分析国外波纹钢腹板组合梁疲劳试验研究成果的基础上,采用美国MTS电液伺服加载系统,对3片波纹钢腹板组合箱梁试验梁进行了疲劳试验,并对波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的应变、挠度变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:波纹钢腹板疲劳残余应变随疲劳加载次数的增加而增加,变化规律比混凝土顶、底板的变化规律明显;波纹钢腹板组合箱梁混凝土顶、底板及波纹钢腹板的刚度在疲劳荷载作用下下降不明显,不足以对梁的受力产生明显影响;随着疲劳加载次数的增加,截面应变沿梁高方向的分布变化不大,而且基本保持直线;对波纹钢腹板组合箱梁采用基于平截面假定的承载能力计算方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 Based on the fatigue test results of overseas composite box beams with corrugated steel webs and using the American MTS electro-hydraulic servo loaded system,three box beams with corrugated steel webs were tested.Variational rules of strain and deflection of composite box beams with corrugated steel webs were analyzed.The result shows that the residual strain of the box beam will increase with times of fatigue loading,and the increasing of steel web is sharper than that of the concrete top plate and bottom plate.It is not obvious that the stiffness of the box beam reduces under the fatigue loading.Decreases of stiffness of concrete top plate,bottom plate and corrugated steel webs of composite box beams aren’t sharp under fatigue load.Lowering of stiffness will not influence the force behavior of box beam.With increase of the times of fatigue loading,the variation of sectional strain along the beam depth isn’t sharp,and the altitude strain of section distributes to a line.Therefore,aimed at the composite box beams with the corrugated steel webs,the computational method of the bearing capacity based on assumption of the plane section is feasible.
