变电站铜铝过渡设备线夹断裂原因
Fracture of copper and aluminum middle-sized device clamp in substation
【摘要】 对变电站铜铝过渡设备线夹断裂的原因及断裂模式进行了研究分析。利用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜对一实际断裂的铜铝过渡设备线夹的断口进行宏观和微观形貌以及金相组织分析,借助X-射线能谱仪和X-射线衍射仪对断口表面的成分和显微组织产物进行了检测。结果表明铜铝过渡设备线夹断口的金相组织基本正常,断裂的主要原因是存在较大的焊接缺陷,焊缝组织存在氧化物及焊瘤、铜铝未有效焊合。断裂模式为焊接缺陷的存在造成了应力的集中,在交变应力作用下,焊接缺陷扩展造成了线夹的疲劳断裂。为此焊接过程中要严格控制焊接参数及焊接工艺,保证焊接质量。
【Abstract】 The reason and fracture pattern of copper and aluminum middle-sized device clamp used in substation were investigated.The fracture morphology and microstructure of a fractured copper and aluminum clamp were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The composition of fractography plane was studied by X-ray spectrum scanning.The microstructure products were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer.The experimental results show that the metallurgical microstructure in welded seam is basically normal;the reason of the fracture of this device clamp is mainly welding defects;the oxide and welding tumor existed in welded seam so that copper and aluminum was not effectively welding;because of the stress concentration induced welding defects,the cycle stress caused the expansion of defects;the fracture pattern is fatigue.Therefore,the welding parameters and technology must be strictly controlled to guarantee the high welding quality of clamp.
