华中电网迎峰度夏方式的省际潮流

【摘要】 高温大负荷、水电大发是华中电网迎峰度夏方式的两大基本特征,又与大范围资源优化配置的要求紧密结合,其对运行方式安排的影响必然会体现在电网省际断面的潮流分布方面。在总结华中电网2010年迎峰度夏方式基本特点基础上,给出了华中电网2010年迎峰度夏方式省际断面潮流分布情况,并与年度运行方式和电网运行稳定规定进行了对比。迎峰度夏大负荷期间,华中电网省际断面呈现输送裕度较大且受三峡电站出力影响较大的特点,充分反映了资源优化配置需求,为有效做好运行方式安排提供参考。

【Abstract】 Heavy load and huge hydropower transmission in summer are two major characteristics of gear up for summer peak load period in Central China power grid.These characteristics affect the operation arrangements.Then the operation arrangements will be reflected in inter-provincial distribution power flow.Based on the basic features and the inter-provincial power flow distribution of 2010 summer peak load period in Central China power grid,the annual operating modes were analyzed.During the summer peak load period,inter-provincial power flow has large transmission margin.At the same time,the inter-provincial power flow is influenced by the output of Three Gorges Power Plant.These features reflect the needs of optimal allocation of resources.Some reference were provided to select operation arrangements in Central China Power Grid Company.
