【摘要】 随着我国社会主义市场经济逐步建立,电力资产评估应运而生。在回顾总结了近20 a来电力资产评估实践经验的基础上,发现在评估操作中主要存在着不符合国情生搬硬套国外评估方法、不重视电力各单项资产与整体资产之间的技术内涵关系以及一些电力资产评估机构的无序恶性竞争等问题;提出:当前应该采用重置成本法与收益法相结合的评估模式,强化电力资产评估参数的规范,加大电力资产评估招标及评估全过程监督力度等改进意见。要最大限度地防止电力资产评估的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 The assessment on electricity power assets is established and grows along with the gradually established China socialist market economy.Based on reviewing and summarizing the practical experiences in the assessment of power assets in recent twenty years,it is found that the existing assessment methods in the operation do not correspond with the Chinese situation,which is simply copied from foreign countries,and do not look for the technical relationship between each single asset and the total asset,and some power asset assessment agents are in disorderly despicable competition.A kind of more suitable assessment mode of "Replacement cost approach" and "Income approach" was proposed,which could strengthen the standardization of power asset assessment and enforce the improvement on the inspection of the entire power asset assessment bidding process and assessment process to prevent the relative possible risks.更多还原
