超声斑点追踪技术评价腹主动脉瘤节段运动同步性研究

【摘要】 目的运用二维斑点追踪显像(2DSTI)技术研究腹主动脉瘤壁局部运动,以获得对腹主动脉瘤壁运动同步性有用的影像学信息。方法对30例正常人腹主动脉中段及15例腹主动脉瘤患者最大瘤径处采集3个心动周期短轴二维图像,进入Q1ab脱机软件分析两组相应部位各节段自QRS波起点至第一个正向径向速度达峰时间及正向径向位移达峰时间。结果正常组各节段速度达峰时间及位移达峰时间相比无明显差异(P>0.05);AAA组各节段速度达峰时间及位移达峰时间相比有一定差异,前壁各节段相对后壁差异明显(P<0.05),AAA组相对正常组达峰时间延长。结论 2DSTI能够反映出腹主动脉瘤壁局部各节段运动速度及位移达峰时间的异常,提供腹主动脉瘤局部运动不同步的影像学信息。

【Abstract】 Objective Using two-dimensional speckle tracking (2DSTI) technology to study local motion of abdominal aortic aneurysm ( AAA ) wall and get valuable imaging information of AAA wall synchronal movement. Methods Short axis two-dimensional images in three cardiac cycles of 30 normal volunteers’ abdominal aorta and 15 AAA patients’ tumor were collected,with the import images into Qlab off-line software,the relative positions time to peak velocity and displacement (Tmax) in all segments of the two groups since the beginning of QRS-wave to a positive radial peak velocity and a positive radial peak displacement was analysed.Results Velocity Tmax and displacement Tmax of normal group were with no significant difference (P>0.05).All segments of AAA group showed different velocity Tmax and displacement Tmax and anterior segments performed more differently than posterior relative segments (P<0.05).Compared to normal group,AAA group’s Tmax was longer.Conclusions 2DSTI can reflect the abnormal velocity Tmax and displacement Tmax of AAA local segmental motion and provide imaging information of partial synchronal movement.
