【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下移植肾穿刺活检的临床价值。方法 24例移植肾术后患者行超声引导下穿刺活检,由2名经验丰富的病理医师进行诊断,统计穿刺成功率、病理诊断成功率、各种移植肾疾病所占百分比、并发症的发生率。结果超声引导下移植肾穿刺取材成功率为100%,病理诊断成功率为91.67%,病理诊断以急慢性排斥反应为主,无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导下移植肾穿刺的成功率高,并发症少,是一种诊断移植肾术后并发症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of transplanted kidney biopsy guided by ultrasound.Methods Twenty -four patients were included in the study.After the transplanted kidneys were punctured leading by ultrasound,all the tissues were examined by two experienced pathologists.Achievement ratios of biopsy and pathology were measured.Meanwhile,complications were observed.Results Achievement ratio of biopsy was 100%,and that of pathology was 91.67%.No severe complication occurred.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided biopsy is a safe and high-achievement method in diagnosing diseases of transplanted kidneys and can be widely used.更多还原
