【摘要】 目的对比CT检查,评估实时三维超声在前列腺增生中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析前列腺增生120例,术前分别应用CT与实时三维超声检查,并以手术或穿刺活检后病理结果为标准。结果和病理结果相对比,实时三维超声诊断准确率为99.1%,CT诊断准确率为93.3%,经χ~2检验实时三维超声与CT检查2种方法的诊断指数有显著差异(r=4.15,P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声诊断前列腺增生准确率比CT高,而且更注重对诊断有意义的细节描述,具有直观、立体感强的特点,对临床诊断、治疗的选择具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in benign prostatic hyperplasia compared with CT examination. Methods 120 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were analyzed retrospectively by preoperative CT examination and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound, by using surgery or biopsy and pathology resuits as the standard. Results Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 99.1%.
