【摘要】 目的比较国内外人群的双顶径与孕龄回归公式和对照表,为建立我国人群的双顶径与孕龄对照关系提供参考。方法以香港人群双顶径与孕龄回归公式为参照,应用Z-记分方法比较不同人群双顶径与孕龄回归公式和对照表14～22孕周的双顶径大小。结果国外人群(美国、英国、韩国)的双顶径差异较小,且与香港地区中国人群的双顶径比较接近;国内采用的对照表之间双顶径差异较大,且与香港地区中国人群的双顶径存在较大差异。结论在建立我国人群双顶径与孕龄对照关系时,需要结合本国人群数据建立二者间的回归公式,或采用香港地区中国人群的双顶径与孕龄回归公式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare existing equations and charts of biparietal diameter from different population of domestic and foreign groups, and provide consultation for establishing relation between biparietal diameter and gestational age in Chinese population. Methods With the equation of Hong kong Chinese population as a reference, Z-scores was used to compare biparietal diameter of the equations from different groups and charts between the 14th and 22th weeks of gestation. Results The biparietal diameter measurements of several foreign population (United States、 Britain、Korea and Hong Kong) were quite compatible with each other. Great differences existed in biparietal diameter of charts which were used in domestic, and there was huge difference in biparietal diameter between these charts and equation of Chinese population in Hong Kong. Conclusions When constructing relationship between biparietal diameter and gestational age in China, we should establish equation combining with Chinese population, or use the equation of Hong Kong ethnic Chinese population.更多还原
