【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导结合X线引导经皮输尿管镜治疗复杂性肾结石的方法及效果。方法超声及泌外医师对35例复杂性。肾结石根据超声检查及X片进行术前穿刺规划,术中超声监测及引导清除结石。结果 35例复杂性肾结石,31例成功单通道取尽结石,2例双通道取石,2例残余小结石,结石清除率94.3%,无1例出现严重并发症。结论超声引导结合X线引导经皮输尿管镜治疗复杂性肾结石,具有定位合理、引导准确、并发症低的优点,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of percutaneous ureteroscopy treatment of complex renal calculi guided by interventional ultrasound eombinedwith X-ray. Methods Ultrasound doctors and urologists made preoperative puncture plan for 51 cases with complex renal calculi based on ultrasonography and X films, and intraoperatively finished the removal of stones by ultrasound monitoring and guiding. Results 35 cases with complex kidney stone underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) . Calculis in 31 cases had been successfully removed through single-channel access. 2 cases had been successfully removed through dual-channel access. Some small stones still remainded in 2 cases. The rate of stone-removing was 94.30%. No case had serious complications. Conclusions The results show that the interventional ultrasound combined with X-ray guided percutaneous ureteroscopy treatment of complex renal calculi has the advantages of reasonable positioning, accurate guiding, and low complications. The method of MPCNL is worth promoting.更多还原
