【摘要】 目的了解居民健康教育普及率、健康知识知晓率和居民对社区卫生服务的满意度,为全区健康教育政策调整提供基础资料。方法在全区17个街道中,按距离社区卫生服务中心远近随机选择2个居委会,以社区居委会为起点,顺时针方向,以随机偶遇方式入户调查常住居民340名。主要使用频数分析的方法。结果该区居民健康教育普及率为85.5%,健康知识知晓率为73.0%,居民对社区卫生服务满意度为90.6%。结论加强健康教育工作,扩大健康教育覆盖面,提高居民健康知识知晓率以及居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the rates of the coverage,knowledge of health and satisfaction of the community residents,as the background for the adjustment of health policies of health in the district. METHODS 340 residents aged over 15 in the district of Guangzhou were randomly selected by random sampling method,and they were investigated by the skilled commissioners. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. RESULTS The coverage rate of health education is 85.5%,the rate of health knowledge is 73.0%,the satisfaction of residents about community health service is 90.6%. CONCLUSION Do more work of health education and raising the coverage rate,in order to increase the rate of health knowledge and the satisfacion rate of residents about community health service.更多还原
