【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省农村不同级别医疗卫生机构门诊与住院疾病情况,为促进农村卫生工作提供依据。方法在"甘肃省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究"项目试点县选择4个县级医疗机构、2个乡镇卫生院和4个村卫生室,由培训合格的调查员对门诊和住院服务的相关情况进行现场调查,资料整理后输入SPSS数据库分析。结果农村门诊常见病是急、慢性胃肠炎、急性鼻咽炎、女性生殖器官疾病和咽、喉、扁桃体、气管炎等;住院常见疾病是骨折、正常分娩、脑血管病、子宫良性肿瘤、胆石症和胆囊炎、阑尾疾病、肺炎等。结论针对各级医疗机构诊疗疾病构成,重点加强相关科室技术力量,优化配置医疗资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVES To understand the related situations of clinic and hospital of rural medical institutions at different levels in Gansu, and some theory basis were put forward to improve the rural health work. METHODS We selected four county-level medical institutions, two township hospitals and four village clinical stations from the pilot county of the project of " research on the popularization and demonstration of health appropriate technology for rural in Gansu". The field survey was completed by trained interviewers who using unified questionnaires with the related situations of clinic and hospital. All survey data was entered into computer and analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. RESULTS The common diseases of outpatients were the anxious chronic gastroenteritis, the acute nose pharyngitis, the female genital organs diseases, pharyngeal, Laryngeal, tonsil and tracheitis disease, et al. The inpatients common diseases were fracture, normal labor, cerebrovascular disease, uterus benign tumor, cholelithiasis and cholecystitis, appendicular diseases and pneumonia, etc. CONCLUSIONS Aiming at disease composition of rural medical institutions at different levels, we should emphasis on technical force of related clinics and optimal allocation of medical resources.更多还原
