【摘要】 目的对直肠癌病人手术前使用维生素K1发生过敏反应的原因进行分析。方法选择我科2002年5月-2009年6月21例直肠癌病人使用维生素K1引发过敏反应者,进行临床观察。结果 21例病人给予对症处置,症状好转。结论直肠癌病人维生素K1缺乏,肝功能障碍影响维生素K的吸收。此类病人补充维生素K1时应注意速度、浓度,病人有无过敏史,及维生素K1的保存。避免过敏反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective analyzing on rectal cancer patients allergy causing by taking vitamin K1 before surgery. Methods to observe clinically about 21 rectal cancer patients allergy causing by taking vitamin K1 in general surgery department from May 2002 to June 2009. Result 21 patients improved after applying medicine according to indications. Conclusion the rectal cancer patients lack of vitamin K1, whose liver function affect vitamin K1 absorption. This kind of patient should pay attention to the speed and consistency when taking vitamin K1, as well as whether they have allergic history and vitamin K1 preservation.更多还原
