【摘要】 目的了解≥60岁老年恶性肿瘤患者就医状况。方法分析某院1989年-2008年收治的老年恶性肿瘤病例资料。结果共收治恶性肿瘤36112例,≥60岁老年人恶性肿瘤12209例(33.81%),其中男性8504例,女性4155例,男女之比为2.05:1;前10位恶性肿瘤9305例(76.21%),依次为食管癌1980例、大肠癌1869例、肺癌1556例、胃癌889例、贲门癌782例、鼻咽癌625例、肝癌609例、皮肤癌408例、膀胱癌311例、恶性淋巴瘤277例;前10位恶性肿瘤年龄以60岁～69岁高发,占63.03%;前10年收治老年恶性肿瘤3744例,后10年8465例,前、后10年相比,增长126.10%。结论老年恶性肿瘤病例呈逐年增长趋势,以消化系统恶性肿瘤为主,应加强恶性肿瘤防治工作,提高"三早"和治疗后患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of receiving medical treatment in elderly patients aged ≥60 years with malignant tumor.Methods The data of elderly patients with malignant tumor in a hospital from 1989 to 2008 was analyzed.Results There were 12209 elderly patients with malignant tumor(33.81%)(male,8504;female,4155) in admitted 36112 malignant tumors,the ratio of male to female was 2.05:1;the top ten malignant tumors(9305,76.21%) in the order were esophagus cancer(1980),carcinoma of large intestine(1869),lung cancer(1556),stomach cancer(889),cardiac cancer(782),nasopharyngeal cancer(625),liver cancer(609),skin cancer(408),bladder cancer(311) and malignant lymphoma(277),the age of 60～69 years was the high-incidence age period for the top ten malignant tumors,accounting for 63.03%;A total of 3744 elderly patients with malignant tumor were admitted in the first ten years,while there were 8465 cases in the second ten years,increasing 126.10%.Conclusion The elderly patients with malignant tumor showed an increasing tendency year by year,mainly lying in digestive malignant tumors,and the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors should be strengthened to improve early finding,early diagnosis and early treatment as well as the life quality of patients.更多还原
