【摘要】 目的通过对粤东地区某三甲医院近5年出院病人来源的地域分析,了解并掌握该院出院病人来源的构成特点,为进一步开拓医疗市场提供参考依据。方法以粤东地区为研究对象,用环状结构模型,即以该院地理位置为中心分成若干圆,由近到远分析住院病人来源区域。结果住院病人数量以医院为中心向外围逐步减少,各圈病人的构成比相对稳定,显示患者有就近求医的特点;2004年-2008年,粤东地区出院病人构成比分别为98.5%、98.48%、98.62%、98.49%、98.89%,说明该院病人主要来自粤东地区。结论巩固粤东地区病人来源,提高基层医疗单位病人转诊率,扩大公费和医保病人来源,加大宣传力度,扩大服务辐射面是我医持续发展的根本保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and master composition characteristics of discharged patients source in order to provide evidence for further development of medical market through analyzing regional distribution of discharged patients from a first class hospital in Eastern Guangdong in recent five years.Methods Ring structure model was applied to analyze regional distribution of discharged patients,that is,considering the hospital location as the center and dividing it into several circles,then analyzing from the center to the distant circles.Results Inpatients amounts showed a gradually decreasing tendency from the center to the periphery with a relatively stable constituent ratio in each ring,reflecting the characteristics of patients’ nearby care-seeking behaviors.From 2004 to 2008,the constituent ratios of discharged patients in Eastern Guangdong were 98.5%,98.48%,98.62%,98.49% and 98.89%,respectively,suggesting that patients in this hospital mainly came from eastern Guangdong.Conclusion It’s the fundamental guarantee of sustainable development of our hospital to consolidate patients sources of Eastern Guangdong,improve transferring treatment rate of patients in primary medical institutions,expand the sources of public and medical insurance patients,strengthen publicity work and expand service range.更多还原
