【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the management of each link in medical records quality in order to improve the quality.Methods(1)establish medical records quality management committee and perfect the management system;(2)develop and implement the specifications;(3)implement overall monitoring of medical records;(4)establish rewards and punishment system;Results Quality of medical records was improved significantly.Conclusion The management of medical records quality should be standardized,normalized and institutionalized,which is the fundamental guarantee to improve medical records quality.更多还原
