【摘要】 目的探讨骨科临床护理中存在的护理风险,制定有效的风险管理措施。方法对骨科临床护理中存在或潜在的风险进行评估,分析,制定有效防范措施,对全科护理人员进行培训;制定科内各种风险的应急处理流程,完善各种报告制度;规范护理操作规程和护理行为;规范与加强护理记录的书写。结果护理人员了解各种风险因素,处理流程。有效降低护理风险的发生。结论加强风险管理是提高护理服务质量的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing risks existing in the orthopedic nursing and develop some effective measures of risk management.Methods After evaluating the present and potential risks and analyzing the vulnerable situations,links and staffs of risk events in the orthopedic nursing,we developed some effective preventive measures and emergency measures.Besides,general nurses were trained;various reporting systems were improved;operational procedures and nursing behaviors were standardized.Results Nurses understood various risk factors and management processes.The occurrence of nursing risks was effectively reduced and a good nurse-patient relationship was created as well.Conclusion Enhancement of risk management is an effective way to improve the quality of nursing care and reduce nursing risks.更多还原
