【Abstract】 Objective To Raise cognition to the importance of medical records for hospital and medical personnel.Methods Through the relevant information and case studies,combined with the work experience of medical record management,the importance of medical records was analyzed from different points of view.Results Hospital and its medical staff lacked understanding of the importance of medical records,which may bring about health care quality and safety risks.Conclusion Hospital and its medical staff need to raise their recognition on the importance of medical records.更多还原
