【摘要】 目的了解我院2000年-2008年恶性肿瘤病种变化,为肿瘤防治及我院专科发展提供依据。方法对2000年-2008年45,451病例进行统计分析。结果前十位恶性肿瘤顺位依次为胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、甲状腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、直肠癌;前十位病种除女性特有病种外,按男女性别比,男性多于女性;甲状腺癌女性患者多于男性;不同年龄组的发病存在差异。结论我院收治的前十位病种与当地流行病学分布相关,各病种发病高危年龄段不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide evidence for cancer prevention and treatment and the development of specialty by studying the change of malignant tumors from 2000 to 2008 in our hospital.Methods Analysis 45451 cases from 2000 to 2008.Results The top 10 malignant tumors were stomach cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,thyroid cancer,malignant lymphoma and rectal cancer,respectively.Except the special tumor in female,according to the sex ratio,these tumors occurred in more males than females,thyroid cancer occurred in more females than males,and the incidence in different age groups are different.Conclusion The top 10 tumors in patients admitted to our hospital were associated with the local epidemiology,and to different tumors,the high-risk age of onset was different.更多还原
