【摘要】 目的探索新形势下适合医院发展的病案管理模式。方法回顾并分析自病案室建立以来病案管理的各种模式的优缺点。结果仓储服务式病案管理模式是一种将仓储服务引进医院的新的病案管理模式。结论仓储服务式病案管理模式在改善病案保存和管理条件、降低医院病案管理工作负荷、节约医疗空间等方面显示出了优越性,但也带来了一些新问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To quest a medical records administration mode,which is fit to the hospital’s development in the new situation.Methods To review and analyze the merits and demerit of various modes,which were established for medical records administration.Results The mode of medical records administration with storage and warehouse service is a new method,which has brought storage and warehouse service into hospital.Conclusion The mode of medical records administration with storage and warehouse service has shown its superiorities in improving medical records storage and administration conditions,reducing the hospital’s administration burthen,saving medical space and so on.Meanwhile,it maybe bring lots of new questions.更多还原
