【摘要】 目的:探讨主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产的效果。方法:选择年龄21～42岁、原因不明习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者57例为观察组,选择同期就诊、年龄相当、原因不明性习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者32例为对照组。对观察组进行淋巴细胞注射及常规保胎治疗,对照组使用常规保胎治疗。结果:观察组妊娠成功率为89.47%,对照组为40.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of active immunization in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:57 cases and 32 cases aged 21～42 years old with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and negative blocking antibody were selected as observation group and control group,respectively;the cases in observation group received lymphocyte injection and routine tocolysis,and the cases in control group received routine tocolysis.Results:The success rates of pregnancy in observation group and control group were 89.47% and 40.62%,respectively,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active immunization is safe and effective in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
