【摘要】 目的:探讨省级新生儿ICU医疗质量控制对ROP防治的促进作用。方法:将广东省部分设有新生儿ICU的各级医院及妇幼保健院的符合筛查条件早产儿,分成质量控制前阶段组和质量控制后阶段组,调查统计两阶段符合筛查的早产儿数、眼底筛查数、ROP的发生及分期资料。结果:实行质量控制前后,ROP筛查率分别为39.65和77.08%、阳性率是3.70%和2.54%、III期以上ROP发生率是0.23%和0.10%,质量控制后阶段ROP筛查率提高,发生率降低,III期以上发生率也减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:省级新生儿ICU医疗质量控制对早产儿视网膜病防治有积极促进作用,可以减少ROP的发生及严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the promoting effect of medical quality control in provincial neonatal ICU on prevention and treatment of retinopathy in premature infants.Methods:The premature infants according with screening condition from the hospitals at all levels with ICU in Guangdong were selected and divided into before medical quality control group and after medical quality control group;the amount of premature infants,amount of fundus screening,the incidence and stages of retinopathy were investigated.Results:The screening rates of retinopathy before and after medical quality control were 39.65 and 77.08%,respectively;the positive rates of retinopathy were 3.70% and 2.54%,respectively;the incidences of retinopathy in premature infants with stage above Ⅲ were 0.23% and 0.10%,respectively;after medical quality control,the screening rate of retinopathy increased,the incidence of retinopathy decreased,the incidence of retinopathy in premature infants with stage above Ⅲ decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical quality control in provincial neonatal ICU may promote the prevention and treatment of retinopathy in premature infants actively,which reduce the incidence of retinopathy and degrees of severity.更多还原
