IGF-2及其受体在不同分化程度的Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌的表达

【摘要】 目的:检测不同分化程度的Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌中IGF-2及其相应受体(IGF-1R和IGF-2R/M6P)蛋白的表达,探讨3因子表达与子宫内膜腺癌分化程度的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化PV法检测30例Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌(按病理分级不同分为高分化17例、中分化7例、低分化6例)组织中IGF-2、IGF-1R和IGF-2R蛋白的表达情况。结果:①IGF-2、IGF-1R的过阳性表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌不同病理分级两组间差异有显著性,且随病理分级的增高而表达增强。②IGF-2R的阳性表达与过阳性表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌不同病理分级两组间无显著性差异。结论:IGF-2R阳性表达下调与IGF-2及IGF-1R的异常高表达在Ⅰ型子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,IGF-2及IGF-1R的过阳性表达与病理分级呈正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expressions of IGF-2 and its receptors (IGF-1R and IGF-2R/M6P) in type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma of different differentiation grades, explore the correlation between their expressions and differentiation grades of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical PV method was used to detect the expression levels of IGF-2, IGF-1R and IGF-2R in 30 cases with type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma (divided into 17 cases of high differentiation, 7 cases of middle differentiation and 6 cases of low differentiation according to pathological grades).Results:There was significant difference in overexpression rates of IGF-2 and IGF-1R among type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma of different pathological grades, and the rates increased with the increase of pathological grades; there was no significant difference in expression rate and overexpression rate of IGF-2 among type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma of different pathological grades.Conclusion:Down-regulation of IGF-2R and abnormal high expressions of IGF-2 and IGF-1R play important roles in occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma, the overexpression rates of IGF-2 and IGF-1R are positively correlated with pathological grades.
