【摘要】 目的:探讨微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)在宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:收集2008～2009年承德医学院附属医院经病理证实的20例高度宫颈上皮内瘤变(HSIL)、40例宫颈鳞癌、20例正常宫颈组织,应用S-P免疫组化方法检测以上组织标本中MCM2的表达情况。结果:MCM2的阳性表达指数从正常宫颈鳞状上皮、HSIL到宫颈鳞癌逐渐升高(P<0.01),其在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴转移相关(P<0.01;P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、肿瘤的体积及临床分期无关。结论:MCM2能够反映宫颈鳞状上皮细胞增殖程度,可作为宫颈鳞癌新的肿瘤标记物应用于临床,以评估病变的恶性程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expressions of minichromosome maintenance proteins 2(MCM2) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods:20 samples of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL) tissues,40 samples of cervical squamous carcinoma tissues and 20 samples of normal cervical tissues which were confirmed by pathological examination in the hospital from 2008 to 2009 were collected,S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MCM2 in above-mentioned samples.Results:The positive expression indexes of MCM2 increased gradually from normal cervical squamous epithelium,HSIL to cervical squamous carcinoma(P<0.01);the positive expression of MCM2 in cervical squamous carcinoma was correlated with differentiation grades of tumors and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01,P<0.05),but there was no correlation between it and age of the patients,tumor diameter and clinical stages.Conclusion:MCM2 can reflect the proliferative degree of cervical squamous epithelium,which can be used as a new tumor marker to evaluate the grades of malignancy of cervical squamous carcinoma in clinic.更多还原
