【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗完全子宫中隔85例的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2007年1～12月郑州大学第三附属医院妇科内镜诊治中心85例宫腔镜电切术(TCRS)治疗完全子宫中隔患者的临床资料,其中不孕48例,有自然流产史30例,早产7例,子宫完全中隔患者合并不全阴道纵隔20例、完全阴道纵隔35例。结果:85例患者一次手术成功率为100%,手术时间平均35±15min,术中出血平均12±7ml,术中无1例发生并发症;8例发生宫腔粘连,行宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔形态恢复正常;未孕10例,自然流产12例,早产5例(孕29～35周,平均32周),足月分娩38例,正在妊娠中15例,术后5例失访;妊娠率由术前43.53%上升至术后87.50%,流产率由术前35.29%下降至术后15.00%。结论:B超监护下宫腔镜治疗完全子宫中隔是安全、有效的治疗方法,能显著提高妊娠率、足月分娩率,明显降低流产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluated the clinical effect in patients with complete uterine septum after hysteroscopic electroresection.Methods:To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 85 patients uterine septum complete by gynecologic endoscopic Hysteroscopic (TCRS) treatment,during January to December 2007 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.There were infertility 48,nature abortion 30,premature 7.Results:The success rate was 100% in patients.The average time for operation was( 35±15) minutes,and the average blood loss was( 12±7) ml.Follow-up after TCRS,8 intrauterine adhesions,10 infertility,12 nature abortion,5 premature,38 full-term delivery,5 in gestation.After operation pregnant rate increased from 43.53%to 87.5%,the abortion rate decreased from 35.29% to 15%.Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection under the monitoring of B type ultrasound in the treatment of complete uterine septum is a safe,effective method.It can increase the rate of full-term pregnancy significantly,and decrease the rate of abortion markedly.更多还原
