【摘要】 目的:分析围产儿死亡率与死亡围产儿中出生缺陷发生率的变化情况和出生缺陷对围产儿死亡的影响。方法:调查对象为孕28周～产后7天在云南省第一人民医院住院分娩的围产儿,调查围产儿死亡率与死亡围产儿中出生缺陷的发生率。结果:自2004年1月～2008年12月云南省第一人民医院共出生围产儿16602例;出生缺陷儿308例,围产期出生缺陷发生率为18.55‰;围产儿死亡237例,围产儿死亡率为14.28‰;在导致围产儿死亡的原因中,出生缺陷呈逐渐上升趋势,平均为46.41%。结论:出生缺陷在死亡围产儿中的比例逐年上升,成为围产儿死亡的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the changes of perinatal mortality and incidence of birth defects in perinatal death and effect on perinatal death.Methods:The perinatal infants of 28 gestational weeks～7 days after delivery delivering in the hospital were investigated,the perinatal mortality and incidence of birth defects in perinatal death were surveyed.Results:16 602 perinatal infants were born in the hospital from January 2004 to December 2008,and 308 infants (18.55‰) were diagnosed as birth defects,the perinatal mortality was 14.28‰ (237 infants);among the causes of perinatal death,the proportion of birth defects showed a increasing trend,the average proportion was 46.41%.Conclusion:The proportion of birth defects among causes of perinatal death increases year by year,which has become the main cause of perinatal death.更多还原
