【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔镜检查在辅助生育技术中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2008年1月～2009年1月96例辅助生育技术失败后(研究组)及53例辅助生育技术助孕前(对照组)行宫腔镜检查的病例资料。结果:辅助生育技术失败后(研究组)宫腔镜检查发现异常的阳性检出率达66.67%(64/96),其中原发性不孕宫腔异常发生率为64.91%,继发性不孕宫腔异常发生率为69.23%,两种情况在子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜息肉、宫颈管赘生物、先天性子宫发育异常等方面差异无统计学意义,但在宫腔粘连方面差异有统计学意义。53例辅助生育技术助孕前(对照组)宫腔镜检查发现异常的阳性检出率达66.04%(35/53),原发性不孕宫腔异常发生率为68.75%,继发性不孕宫腔异常发生率为61.90%,两种情况在子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜息肉、宫颈管赘生物、宫腔粘连等方面差异无统计学意义。结论:宫腔镜检查创伤小、恢复快,具有可接受性和准确性,应作为辅助生育技术前的常规检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of hysteroscopy in assisted reproduction technology (ART). Methods:The hysteroscopic data of 96 infertile patients failing in ART (study group) and 53 infertile patients before ART (control group) from January 2008 to January 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The positive rate of uterine cavity abnormality detected by hysteroscopy in study group was 66.67%(64/96).The incidences of uterine cavity abnormality in primary infertility and secondary infertility were 64.91% and 69.23%,respectively.There was no significant difference in incidences of endometritis,endometrial polyp,neoplasma and congenital uterine abnormality between primary infertility and secondary infertility,but there was significant difference in uterine adhesion.The positive rate of uterine cavity abnormality detected by hysteroscopy in control group was 66.04 % (35/53).The incidences of uterine cavity abnormality in primary infertility and secondary infertility were 68.75% and 61.90%,respectively.There was no significant difference in incidences of endometritis,endometrial polyp,neoplasma and uterine adhesion between primary infertility and secondary infertility.Conclusion:Hysteroscopy is a microinvasive and rapid recovery examination,with acceptability and accuracy,which can be used as a routine examination before ART.更多还原
