【摘要】 目的:探讨斑蝥素抗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的作用。方法:选择90名高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染阳性、病理组织学诊断宫颈湿疣/CIN1的患者,随机分为研究组30例(宫颈斑蝥素乳膏外用)、手术组30例(宫颈物理治疗+保妇康栓)和对照组30例(定期随访),观察HPV病毒的消退、阴道镜下图像变化及宫颈细胞学、组织学的改善等情况。结果:三组治疗3个月HPV转阴率分别为23.3%、16.7%、3.3%,治疗6个月转阴率分别为50.0%、36.7%、26.7%,三组比较差异有统计学意义。阴道镜检查及病理组织学检查结果研究组与手术组相近,但与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:斑蝥素乳膏对HPV感染、宫颈湿疣及CIN1有一定疗效,有利于病毒的清除,减低病毒量,提高宫颈湿疣及癌前病变的治愈率,降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyzed the clinical effect of Cantharidine Cream on the cervix uteri which infected human papillom virus.Methods:90 women who infected HPV and were confined to cervical CA or CIN1 were randomly divided into experimental group,surgical group and control group,each of 30 cases.To search the decrease of HPV,the change of picture under colposcope and histology.Results:The complete remission of HPV infection after 3 months in experimental group,surgical group and control group was 23.3%,16.7% and 3.3%.After 6 months,each of them was 50.0%,36.7% and 26.7%,there was statistical significance among the three groups.By the colposcopy and histology,the results of experimental group and surgical group were similar but had statistical significance to that of control group.Conclusion:Cantharidine Cream has effect on HPV infection,cervical CA and CIN1.It can eliminate HPV.更多还原
