【摘要】 目的:研究化疗药物顺铂应用于宫颈癌HeLa细胞对TRAIL死亡受体DR4、DR5的影响,探讨顺铂与TRAIL协同作用机制。方法:培养HeLa细胞加入顺铂10uM/L1ml培养24h,采用RT-PCR方法检测顺铂对HeLa细胞TRAIL死亡受体DR4、DR5的影响。结果:顺铂组TRAIL死亡受体DR4、DR5的表达较对照组增强。结论:顺铂与TRAIL的协同作用是通过提高TRAIL死亡受体DR4、DR5的表达而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of cisplatin on tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) death receptors (DR4 and DR5) in HeLa cells of cervical carcinoma,explore the mechanism of synergistic effect of cisplatin and TRAIL.Methods:HeLa cells were cultured for 24 hours with cisplatin 10 uM/L 1 ml,then the effect of cisplatin on TRAIL death receptors (DR4 and DR5) was detected by RT-PCR.Results:The expression levels of TRAIL death receptors (DR4 and DR5) in HeLa cells in cisplatin group was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion:The synergistic effect of cisplatin and TRAIL is fulfilled by increasing the expression levels of TRAIL death receptors (DR4 and DR5) in HeLa cells.更多还原
