【摘要】 目的:了解柳州市社区5岁以下儿童营养状况,为制定改善5岁以下儿童营养状况的措施提供依据。方法:在柳州市4个城区采取随机整群抽样的方法抽取5岁以下儿童共4640例进行身高、体重测量及对其中部分儿童家长进行回顾性问卷调查。结果:社区5岁以下儿童低体重率2.52%、生长迟缓3.67%、消瘦2.46%,4个城区中以柳南区低体重率最高。结论:社区5岁以下儿童营养不良率高于全国城市平均水平,加强城乡结合部社区儿童保健工作是柳州市下一步儿童保健工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about the nutrition and health condition of children under 5 in communities of Liuzhou, so as to offer the foundation of health condition for these children.Methods:4 640 children under 5 years old was conducted by the method of random sampling in four blocks in communities of Liuzhou , to measure their heights and weights.Then the retrospective questionnaire surveys was done in some parents of these children.Results:The rate of underweight was 2.52% , the rate of stunting was 3.67 % , the rate of wasting was 2.46% and the rate of underweight in south of Liuzhou was the highest.Conclusion:The rate of malnourished children under 5 years old in communities of Liuzhou is higher than the average level of domestic cities.The next main task of children healthcare is to enhance the combination between cities and villages.更多还原
