【摘要】 目的:探讨正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期孕妇的右室舒张功能变化。方法:随机选择健康孕妇50例,在早、中、晚孕期做3次超声检查。同时对子痫前期28例及健康未孕妇女30例也进行超声检查。结果:孕妇早、中、晚期3次检查结果与未孕妇女比较无统计学意义;孕妇3次检查间相互比较也无统计学意义;子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法中,组织多普勒方法较血流多普勒敏感。结论:正常孕妇右室舒张功能在舒张期无明显变化,子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低。组织多普勒方法更为敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the changes on diastolic function of right ventricle in normal pregnant women and women with preeclampsia.Methods:50 randomly selected healthy pregnant women,28 women with preeclampsia and 30 healthy non-pregnant women were examined by Doppler echocardiography in early,middle and late pregnancy.Results:There was no significant difference in Doppler echocardiography results between pregnant women and non-pregnant women; there was no significant difference in Doppler echocardiography results among three times; the diastolic function of right ventricle in women with preeclampsia decreased,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Compared to flow Doppler imaging,tissue Doppler imaging was more sensitiveConclusion:In normal pregnant women,there is no significant change in diastolic function of right ventricle.Diastolic function of right ventricle decreases significantly in women with preeclampsia.
