【摘要】 目的了解异烟肼预防性治疗对HIV/AIDS患者结核感染的预防性效果。方法对湖北省随州市2006年符合预防性治疗标准的HIV/AIDS患者进行9个月的异烟肼预防性治疗,随访观察其治疗结果并与2005年的相关资料进行对比分析。结果对HIV总人群来说,异烟肼预防性治疗对预防结核的发生(P=0.18)及病例的死亡无显著影响(P=0.06),但对PPD(+)的HIV患者的死亡(P=0.03)与结核发病有明显的保护作用(P=0.00),且不良反应轻微。结论 PPD(+)的HIV患者实施9个月的异烟肼预防性治疗是切实可行的,具有明显的保护效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of prophylactic treatment with Isoniazid for tuberculosis infection in patients with HIV/AIDS.Methods Participants who were enrolled according to the prophylactic treatment standard in Suizhou City of Hubei province were treated with Isoniazid for nine months in 2006,and were followed-up for treatment outcomes.The data were compared with that of 2005.Results For all HIV-infected patients,9 month Isoniazid Treatment had no protection regarding to tuberculosis morbidity(P=0.18) and mortality(P=0.06).For HIV(+) and PPD(+) patients,it had significant protection on tuberculosis morbidity(P=0.00) and HIV related mortality(P=0.03),and side effects were slight.Conclusion It is practicable to perform 9 month Isoniazid prophylactic treatment on HIV(+) PPD(+) patients,and has obvious protective effect.更多还原
