【摘要】 目的评价《福州市结核病防治条例》(以下简称"条例")立法管理7年的效果。方法采取专题调研、会议座谈、实地考察、分析评价的方式进行。结果福州市实施《条例》为如期实现国家结核病防治规划(2001—2010年)目标和全球结核病控制阶段性目标提供了法制支持。7年来,福州市对结核病防治工作的政策和经费投入逐年增多,各项防治措施得到有力支持,现代结核病控制策略覆盖率、涂阳肺结核病人发现率、治愈率3大核心指标分别达100%、70%和85%以上的目标。结论立法管理为福州市加强结核病控制工作起到了重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of seven years TB control work under "Fuzhou TB law"(hereinafter referred to as the Law).Methods Special investigations,meetings and seminars,site visits are used for information collection.Results The law provides a legal support for Fuzhou in achieving the goal of National TB Program(2001—2010) and WHO target.In seven years,TB control policy and funds increased year by year,and various control measures received strong support.Coverage of modern TB control strategy,the detection rate of smear positive tuberculosis patients,the cure rate reached 100%,70% and 85% respectively.Conclusion The TB Law plays important role in strengthening TB control work in Fuzhou.更多还原
