【摘要】 目的了解关节置换手术患者对相关信息的需求的侧重点,以指导临床护士调整健康宣教内容和提高服务质量。方法 2008年10月～2009年5月对我院3个骨科病区需要关节置换的患者117人发放问卷调查,并对结果总结分析。结果患者渴望了解疾病的一般知识,希望能掌握有利于康复的锻炼方法,对术后的期望值较高。结论通过调查了解患者的需求,采取相应的护理干预,能提高护理服务质量,缩短患者住院时间,减少医疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the main demands of patients for related information who needed to receive artificial arthroplasty in order to instruct nurses to adjust the health education content and improve service quality.Methods Between Oct.2008 and May 2009,200 questionnaires were sent to the patients who underwent artificial arthroplasty in the department of orthopaedics of our hospital,and the survey results were analyzed.Results All patients had a strong desire for general knowledge of the disease,and expected to comprehend the approach of postoperative rehabilitation.Moreover,they expected a great deal of the surgery.Conclusion We can undertake corresponding nursing intervention according to the survey on the patient demands so as to improve nursing quality,reduce hospitalization time and decrease medical cost.更多还原
