【摘要】 目的研究微型种植体作为正畸支抗在压低伸长磨牙中的有效性。方法选择9例需要压低磨牙的患者,使用微型种植体作支抗压低伸长磨牙,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,测量比较磨牙在矫治前后的压低量。结果所有患者的伸长磨牙均获得了有效压低,平均压低(2.7±0.7)mm,压低时间平均(4.1±2.3)个月,压低后的磨牙颊舌向转矩正常。结论应用种植体作支抗能有效地压低磨牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficiency of mini-screw implants as anchorage for molar intrusion.Methods Nine patients with extruded molars were treated with mini-screw implants as anchorage for molar intrusion.Lateral cephalograms were taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment.The movements of molars in vertical dimension were analyzed.Results All overerupted molars were intruded perfectly(2.7±0.7)mm.The average period of the intrusion was (4.1±2.3) months.Conclusion To intrude molar,mini-srcew implant is an effective method.更多还原
