【摘要】 目的探讨COX-2和E-cad在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,分析它们在GIST中的作用及其相关性,为临床治疗GIST提供理论依据。方法用免疫组织化学检测63例胃肠道间质瘤中COX-2与E-cad的表达,分析它们与GIST临床病理特征的关系以及相关性。结果在63例GIST中,COX-2和E-cad阳性表达率分别是39.7%(25/63)和57.1%(36/63);COX-2和E-cad在低、中、高危分组中呈逐渐增高趋势,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与患者的性别、年龄和肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);E-cad表达与核分裂数相关(P<0.05);GIST中,COX-2与E-cad表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2与E-cad的表达与GIST恶性分级有关。E-cad与核分裂计数有关,提示COX-2和E-cad在GIST的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,可作为GIST良恶性评价指标,为COX-2抑制剂在GIST中分子靶向治疗提供理论基础。COX-2、E-cad在不同恶性程度GIST中的阳性表达水平有可能为外科手术后GIST综合治疗提供临床指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of E-cad and COX-2 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST),investigate their relationship with clinicopathological features,analyze their role in GIST development and evaluate the correlation of their expression in an attempt to provide theoretical basis for clinical therapy of GIST.Methods The expression of COX-2 and E-cad was detected immunohistochemically in 63 cases of GIST.The relationship was evaluated between the histopathological features and the protein expression of COX-2 and E-cad.Results The positive expression rates of E-cad and COX-2 were 54%(36/63) and 39.7%(25/63),respectively.There was no correlation between the expression rates of E-cad and COX-2 and the gender,age and tumor size,with no significant difference(P>0.05).But the expression rates were significantly increased in high histological grade(P<0.05).Also,the E-cad expression showed a significant difference in different mitotic groups(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the E-cad expression and the COX-2 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-cad and COX-2 might play an important role in the occurrence and progression of GIST,which may provide a theoretical basis for molecular targeting therapy.The positive intensity of COX-2 and E-cad in different malignant grades of GIST may provide the clinical guide for the comprehensive treatment after surgery.更多还原
