【摘要】 随着社区糖尿病患者的逐渐增加,糖尿病的综合防治已成为社区卫生服务的工作重点之一。由于糖尿病的有效控制包括饮食、运动、药物、自我监测、健康教育等多方面因素,需要患者、家属、社会的全方位配合,故在社区开展有针对性的糖尿病防治管理及健康教育,能促进糖尿病患者纠正不良生活方式,提升治疗的依从性,提高糖尿病患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual increase in diabetic patients in community,the comprehensive prevention and control of diabetes have become one of the priorities in community health service.Since the effective control of diabetes,including diet,exercise,drugs,self-monitoring,health education and other factors,need wide-ranging co-ordination of patients,their families and society,the community targeted prevention and management and health education can promote unhealthy lifestyle of diabetic patients to correct and enhance treatment compliance and improve their quality of life.更多还原
