倾斜螺钉对钢板螺钉固定模型的力学影响
The Effect of Oblique Screws in Dynamic Compression Plates on the Stability of Plate and Screw Structure
【摘要】 目的探讨倾斜螺钉和减少螺钉数量对钢板螺钉固定长骨干横行骨折模型的力学影响。方法 28根PVC管随机分成四组造中点横行骨折模型,以四种不同的螺钉固定方式固定,测量四组模型在三点折弯、轴向扭转试验中的极限负荷,比较四种固定方法的力学性能。结果倾斜螺钉固定模型的最大弯曲负荷较大(P<0.01),减少螺钉固定的模型最大扭转负荷较小(P<0.01)。结论倾斜螺钉可增加钢板螺钉内固定的抗折弯强度,但对抗扭转强度无明显影响,抗扭转强度与固定的螺钉数量有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the oblique screws in dynamic compression plate and screw structure in torsion and three point bending.Methods 28 PVC pipes were divided into 4 groups randomly.Each pipe was cut transversely in the median and a six-hole dynamic compression plate was attached by screws,4 groups with 4 different ways of screw fixations.Each group was tested by three-point bending and torsion.Results Maximal bending load of groups attached by oblique screws was significant bigger,Maximal torsion load of groups attached by less screws was significant smaller.Conclusion As the same plate length and screw numbers,oblique screws enhanced the stability of Plate and Screw Structure in bending,but no significant effect in torsion,torsion strength was related to the numbers of screws.
