【摘要】 目的探讨TVT-O和传统手术治疗女性SUI的临床意义。方法将2006年1月～2009年12月在淄博市妇幼保健院妇科应用TVT-O治疗的SUI患者31例作为研究对象,观察其临床疗效,并与同期35例行传统手术的SUI患者进行比较。结果 (1)手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及保留尿管时间研究组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)术后并发症发生率和复发率研究组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TVT-O与传统手术相比具有操作简单、微创、术中出血少、住院时间短、疗效满意等优点,是一种治疗女性SUI更理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of tension-free vaginal tape obturator technique(TVT-O) and the traditional surgery in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods We selected 66 cases of female SUI in which the traditional surgery was used in 35 cases as control group and the TVT-O method was used in 31 cases as study group,and the blood loss during the operation,operation time,days of hospital stay and the follow-up short-term complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in operation time,blood loss during the operation,days of hospital stay and time of detaining urethral catheterization(P<0.05) as well as the rate of complications after the operation and the rate of recurrence(P<0.05) between the study group and the control group.Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical treatment,the TVT-O treatment has the advantages of minimally invasive effect,simplified operation,shorten length of hospital stay and reduced blood loss.Therefore,the TVT-O method is a better treatment for female SUI.更多还原
