【摘要】 目的绝经后阴道出血临床常见,探讨其原因对指导临床诊断和治疗有重要意义。方法回顾性分析490例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床资料。结果绝经后阴道出血的原因中,因生殖器炎症引起的出血占50.20%,因功能性子宫出血引起的出血占18.37%,因其他炎性疾病引起的出血占16.33%,因恶性肿瘤引起的出血占15.10%。恶性肿瘤引起出血的分型中,子宫内膜癌占58.11%,宫颈癌占32.43%,卵巢癌占5.41%,阴道癌占2.70%,转移癌占1.35%。结论良性病变是引起绝经后阴道出血的主要原因,但是对绝经后阴道出血的患者,要完善检查,早期诊断及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons for postmenopausal vaginal bleeding and observe its clinical diagnosis and characteristics.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical characteristics of 490 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.Results In the causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding,genital inflammation accounted for 50.20%,dyxfunctional uterine bleeding 18.37%,other inflammation 16.33% and malignant tumor 15.10%.In the causes of malignant disease,endometrial carcinoma accounted for 58.11%,cervical carcinoam 32.43%,ovarian carcinoam 5.41%,vaginal carcinoma 2.70% and metastatic carcinoma 1.35%.Conclusion Benign lesions are the main causes of postmenopausal bleeding.The routine gynecologic and essential examinations and early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out in the women with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.更多还原
