【摘要】 目的探讨微型钢板治疗桡骨小头骨折的临床治疗方法及效果。方法 2005年1月～2009年1月对13例桡骨小头骨折(8例MasonⅡ、5例MasonⅢ型)采用微型钢板内固定方法手术治疗。结果 13例患者随访12～36个月,平均15个月,采用Mayo肘关节功能评分标准,优8例,良3例,中2例,优良率84.6%,且均未发现骨折不愈合及异位骨化的病例。结论微型钢板治疗桡骨小头骨折手术方法疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effectiveness by using the minor plate for radial head fractures. Methods Thirteen cases of radial head fracture (8 cases of Mason Ⅱ,5 cases of Mason Ⅲ)were treated from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2009 by using mini-plate fixation in surgery. Results All the 13 cases were followed up 12 to 36 months,with an average of 15 months,and the standard Mayo elbow function scores showed 8 cases were excellent,3 cases good and 2 cases general,with the good or excellent rate of 84.6% and no cases showed nonunion and heterotopic ossification. Conclusion Use of Minor plate radial head fracture is safe and effective.更多还原
